Shipping & Returns

Order Fulfillment:

Pre-orders take between 3-5 weeks to produce and ship. It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. 

Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will always notify the customer if this is the case.

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York and out-of-state.


Mugnacious ships United States Postal Service.  You are given an option to sign or not sign for the package on check out for orders under this amount. Should you choose not to sign for your package please be aware Mugnacious is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Mugnacious is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Mugnacious for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be canceled automatically without a valid street address.

All international shipments are sent the fastest Fedex option possible. Mugnacious is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries. Mugnacious is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.

We do not use customer provided shipping accounts.

Gift Wrap:

All items are shipped in our logo box unless otherwise specified. We do not offer wrapping. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Please note that all returns are for web credit only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days of receipt and we will provide you with an exchange or a Web Credit, minus the shipping costs. 

Please include your order number, the date the order was delivered to you, as well as the billing and shipping information. Please include the item(s) name, single item price, total price of returned item(s), and a brief description of why the item(s) is being returned. 

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or other delivery services that provide tracking information and requires a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless has sent an incorrect or damaged item.

Return Processing:

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed as a web credit within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds.
